1. Orders & Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed in USD.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

2. Shipping
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum required.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Transit time is 5 to 8 business days after your order ships.
Q: What is your order cut-off time?
A: Orders placed by 11:00 PM (local time) will begin processing the next business day.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within the United States only.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
Q: Do you offer free return shipping?
A: Yes. We provide a free downloadable return shipping label for all eligible returns.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes! We accept exchanges for items within 30 days, provided they are in new condition.
