1. Orders & Payments

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed in USD.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All transactions are securely processed using encrypted payment gateways. Your payment details are never stored or shared.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to cancel or change it. Please contact us immediately at Support@FitiqueFit.com.

 

2. Shipping

 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Transit time is 5 to 12 business days after your order ships.

Q: What is your order cut-off time?
A: Orders placed by 11:00 PM (local time) will begin processing the next business day.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Available shipping destinations may vary depending on the product, delivery location, and carrier availability.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email so you can follow your package.

 

3. Returns & Exchanges

 

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Q: Do you offer free return shipping?
A: Yes. We provide a free downloadable return shipping label for all eligible returns.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
 A: We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective, damaged, incorrect or different from the product details.

We do not offer exchanges for size changes, color changes or personal preference if the correct item was shipped.
