I wear 240 and 245 for running shoes or furry shoes. The size 38 fits perfect. I put height-increasing insoles on the inside of the shoes, and they still fit well.

I wear size 255~260 but it's a bit big. Barefoot or with regular socks it's a bit loose, but wearing sleep socks is just okay.
