This vendor is not transparent about their product. I ordered a pair of shoes. It was clearly depicted as real suede( not imitation) which it was like cloth material. There's absolutely no manufacturer information on the tab of the shoe or anywhere. I have reached out to customer service back and forth several times, emailing and proof with sending pictures. Advised me to either take half on a return or donate the shoes and get proof of donation and once they explore if the donation is valid then refund me. I am beyond disappointed with the merchandise and the customer service of handling this matter.
Do not be fooled like I have been and I will be filing a complaint!
